Notifications should not be sent for every item when a space is deleted

When a user I'm following deletes a space I get an email for every single attachment they removed.
This is causing extra work for a process that's already too slow. And it's causing me to get a lot of email I don't want.

This is only a problem for network-based notifications. I assume Space/Content watches are deleted before anything else happens.

Suggested Workaround (I haven't tried)

Hide the space before removing it. (Actually, the user may have done that and I may still be getting notifications because I'm super-user, in which case the additional work-around is to get all super-users to stop following the user who's doing the deletion or turn off their network subscription setting).
