Restore and data import from XML file both fail on Confluence 4.0

      I just tried to restore the docs (XML) into our instance and it failed with:
      java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CONFLUENCE.CP_UNIQUE_GROUP) violated
      I assume that restoring the XML zip in the Admin console is the correct method of importing the docs?
      If so, I assume I should open a ticket?

      I've tried importing the downloadable XML docs. That has failed twice:

      • when restoring during the installation process - restore failure.png
      • when importing after installation is completed - data import failure.png
