      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Google Docs etc. include a function for sending a copy of a shared page to yourself, which is a nice way to remind yourself you sent it as well as keep a copy of the sent message in your email. Mockup attached.
