Add a java option for paged result size.

In 3.5.1, a change was made to LdapRepositoryConfigurationMigrator.java to result CONF-21820 to hardcode the page result size for 1000. Although this will work for most people, for some customers the paged result size is actually lower, and they will still run into the Size Limit exceeded error.
