Basically in Edit Page Mode I was trying to insert a PDF using the PDF macro and
the system reported that I create JIRA issue on it.
I attached the issue.

I was able to insert it in your sandbox at http://sandbox.onconfluence.com/display/petertest/Confluence+PDF+Test
At least there it attempted to render the PDF, although,
if you compare it to the attachment, you can see the quality is not as good and alot of the text is missing in Confluences PDF renderer.
