      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The process for uploading our javadoc to docs.atlassian.com is ridiculously manual and error prone. This can, I believe, be fixed using maven 2's site plugin.

      We should also be uploading javadoc with every milestone release, since often we change APIs early to allow plugin developers to account for the changes.
