      Personally, I think the "remove space" option should not be in the Space Admin's scope... I don't like that a Space admin could delete a space.
      I'd like to see this permission (space deletion) pulled out and – put it into the Global Admin/Site admin stuff. I just see it as a liability, "Tim - HELP ME!!! I just deleted my entire space!!! aaaagh!"
