In some modules, windows or control pane we are seeing labels and text being replaced with variables such as page.perms.dialog.heading for a title when we bring the restriction windows of a space. This problems happens in other modules that are not related. Please see screenshot. This happens after we upgraded to 3.1.2 from 3.0.0_01. This was tested in different machines with different browsers as well.
