Allow 'numero sign' to mark numbered list lines

When editing pages in wiki markup mode, one can easily create numbered lists prefixing lines with '#' (unicode 0023 'number sign') character.

      According to wikipedia:

In many parts of the world, including parts of Europe, Canada, Australia, and Russia, number sign refers instead to the "numero" sign № (Unicode code point U+2116), which is often written simply as No.

I can confirm that in Russian numero sign is used instead of number sign. The problem is that in Russian keyboard layout numero sign is bound to the same key as number sign in English keyboard layout (Shift+3). To create numbered lists in texts in Russian I need to switch keyboard layout to English and back for every line of bulleted list, which is very annoying. People here almost ignore numbered lists in Confluence because of this issue. There is no such issue with bullet lists, because asterisk is available in both keyboard layouts.

It would be great to allow both numero '№' and number '#' signs to designate line in a numbered list.
