Add option in {include:Page} macro to generate link to "Page"

      e.g.

      {include:Page|link=icon} {include:Page|link=name}

      So that results in some kind of href to the included page.

      Otherwise it can be quite difficult finding the included page for editing.

      It could be rendered as a small image e.g. "#" (link=icon)
      Or it could be rendered as text e.g. "Goto Page to edit"
