      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Html-based watch notification emails have recently been updated to include diffs between the old and new page content. It would be nice to have these available in text-based emails - they could display in unix diff format as this is widely recognized.
