It would be great if confluence had the ability for "delayed notifications" or daily digests of watched and/or favourite pages. Although there is a daily digest of all pages across all pages, it is too far-reaching. The immediate notifications for changes on a watched page with a good deal of editing makes it hard to keep track of all the changes.
