Navigation bar for "Manage Groups" does not show all pages.

      On the "Manage Group" section of the Confluence Administration page, the navigation bar at the bottom always starts showing pages 1-4 as follows:

      [1] [2] [3] [4] [Next] (see attachment)

      This happens regardless of how many pages of groups there actually are. This becomes very confusing when there are more than 4 pages of groups. You need to click [Next] when viewing page 4 in order to navigate to the next 4 pages of information. The navigation bar should reflect that there are more pages.

      Personally, I think it would make more sense to have the first and last pages always represented in a format similar to this:

      [Prev] [1] . . . [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] . . . [38] [Next]
