Make Page Tree alphabetize icon consistent

      Revert to Alphabetical" icon does not go away when the node is closed. It is inconsistent - the icon is not shown for the nodes that are not loaded but have children ordered. AK

      Page with only one child should probably not display the "revert to alphabetical" icon. AK
