PDF export: Table of contents in the exported PDF document to have page numbers on the right (useful for paper reviewing)

      The table of contents in an exported PDF file does not contain page numbers of the section being referred too.
      An example is given in the attached file.

      This feature can help the review of a printed PDF file.
