Hello I want to report issue with opening attachments in Confluence.
We running Confluence v 5.9.9, everything is ok in Chrome v 50+ but not in any Firefox version and IE (Edge inc) as well. So how to reproduce this:
      1) upload to any page some attachment e.g. picture or any type of file
      2) open page in chrome and click on attachment - good (you can see picture or able to download file)
      3) try previous step with firefox or ie - it results with permanent hang - see screenshot.

I also did some research on your KB about this issue but without success.
Note that hangs state results with no errors.

      Thank you for any help.
      Best regards, J. Štefan
