Subscribe calendar link not being generated

      Subscribe calendar link not being generated.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to an existing calendar.
      2. Click on 'three dots' and select Subscribe.
      3. Team Calendar will only provide an empty field without any URL.

      This seems to cause existing subscription URL to not work.
