When using the service.bat file to remove and install the service again, it fails to use the built in JRE with Confluence, and instead uses C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_45\jre\bin. This is incorrect and should be changed. On top of that, you are no longer using the Application name in the display name for the service upon installation. Both of these need to be fixed.
[CONFSERVER-39351] service.bat doesn't use built in JRE, instead expects JRE at C:\Java\jdk1.6.0_45\jre\bin
