      Hello,
      I am trying to reset my password here: https://confluence.rightnowtech.com/resetuserpassword.action?username=estefania.villar.chamorro&token=bd34b6e299faf3b38c0ee5288fc95aa7f706217e and it always pop me up the message "An internal error occured when trying to change your password."

      Could you please assist on this? It is pretty urgent. Thank you.
