Show a more user friendly node identifier in Confluence Data Center.

      This has been raised as a bug rather than an improvement since it is a jarring difference between Confluence Data Center and JIRA Data Center.

      We should allow an admin to configure on each node a more acceptable identifier to be shown in the UI of each node, for diagnostic purposes. We currently show a small hash code in the footer.
