Try to put a period dot "." after the line
It is not possible to put the dot on the last line
Expected, it should be possible to put dot there.
Note that the sentence needs to be on the last line for this error to occur.
Workaround
- Copy and paste the 'dot' / full stop from somewhere else
- Go back one character to the left before the last line and add the 'dot'

[CONFSERVER-31609] IE11 - Can not put a period dot after the last sentence
Reproduces on Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 build 18363.1316 / Firefox 79.0 / Confluence 7.1.0.
Still a problem for Mac 10.15.5 / Firefox Quantum 68.10.0esr / Confluence 6.13.11.
I am seeing this (or something similar) on Mac 10.15.4 Firefox 74.0 using Confluence 5.10.8
Confirmed, this bug (or at least a Bug with similar behaviour) seems to be active again: Firefox 68.3 and confluence 6.15.9
Although I have the problem within tables and not only at the last line.
I can reproduce this. Super annoying.

Also just encountered this on Confluence 6.0.3, using FF 70.0 on Windows 10. 100% not fixed, though it is difficult to reproduce.
My cursor is at the end of the line and I'm mashing the period key but nothing's happening. Go left one character and I can put as many periods as I want.
I'm seeing this with Firefox 68.0.2 on Windows 7 with Confluence 5.9.12. It's clearly not fixed.
still happens on firefox 113 on windows 10 64bit on Atlassian Confluence 7.13.8
