Delete multiple comments

Once we are done getting feedback for a page, in most instances, we want to delete the comments that have been addressed so that it not cluttered (lots of comments/threads to peruse) and allows us to easily not lose new comments that are relevant to the current content.

If would be helpful if we could easily delete all comments or a comment thread. When doing this action, it would also be helpful to have an option to notify or not notify watchers (similar to the option of emailing when doing builk updates/transitions).
