In PDF exports, repeat table headings on each page if the table extends past a page

      Currently, the table heading row only appears at the top of the table, even if the table itself stretches into multiple pages.

      A customer has requested that the table heading row be repeated in each subsequent page.

      This would be along the same lines as:

            This feature is needed in our organization.  At the very least, make it so that added the required CSS works when added to the PDF stylesheet.

            Hey Down Under!

            This feature needs to be added to the Confluence PDF output. We have tables of Jira issues that need the continued table headings.

            It is a basic functionality required for documentation, available in most of the authoring and publishing tools. I strongly feel that Atlassian should provide the same in Confluence at the earliest.
