footers are missing in pdf after exporting space to pdf

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. create a space
      2. space tools -> look and feel -> PDF Layout
      3. Enter a footer only (if user enters a header, the footer will display)
      4. Export space to PDF (content tools -> export -> PDF) - only space export will print a footer.
