We regret to inform you that due to limited demand, we have no plans to implement it in the foreseeable future. In order to set expectations, we're closing this request now. Hi,

I agree with Mike Finister - This implementation would reduce mouse clicks because in the case of 99% I have to click on "xx more child pages" to see all childs of a page...

I think that having the number of children to show as part of the Configure Side bar would be useful - I know a lot of users that think that the default of three (3) is too limiting and is causing more mouse clicks and so slowing productivity.

Just my two penneth on this

I saw the same request in a release notes comment.

I wouldn't rush into implementing it. Agree with Valter here - this is the navigation scenario to tackle when we get to work on documentation theme replacement.

I'm ok with increasing the value, I do think having an option for it would be excessive.
My impression is that this type of request arrives from a navigation scenario which is a story we still intend to work further at a later point.
