Currently, when someone shares a page with you or sends a link to a page that you don't have access to, you just get a not found page.

Instead should show you a 'request access' button which you can hit and the page owner gets an email saying you want to view the page and links to somewhere to quickly add access.

[CONFSERVER-28346] 'Request Access' to page with restrictions

            Hi there,
We have this plugin enabled, and users are happy to use it. The problem is, that instead of sending the Email to the last editor or space owner, it sends the email to the Administrators. Is there a way to configure this plugin to work as expected?

            Thanks

            Hi fulano,
As you mentioned, if the restrictions are applied to the page, the Request Access button should appear.
Can you please take a look at the Add-ons that are installed in your instance, and let me know if the confluence-request-access-plugin is enabled? This looks like the plugin is disabled, so just the restrictions page rendered by Confluence is being displayed.
Thanks for your help in advance! And for reporting feedback. Let's solve your issue.
