Symptoms
When adding or editing a multimedia macro to a page, the attachments list is empty. This happens when the page title contains a colon ":" character. Other non-alphanumeric characters do not seem to have the same problem.
Steps to Duplicate
- Create a page containing a ":" in the title
- Attach a multimedia file to that page
- Try to insert a multimedia macro on that page
Workaround
There are two workarounds:
- Remove any colons from the title. This will cause the files to appear in the list.
- Drag and drop the file from a local folder to the editor window. This will bypass having to select the file name from the list.
