Impossible to select some of the page template from the Page template winzard table

    Description

      Here is the reproduction procedure:

      With a scratch Confluence 4.0.3 installation:

      1. Go to the space, then open the page "Page from Template".
      2. The output is the scree shot in the attachment file (failed.jpg), we can observe that some check box is missing for the some templates, which make the template non selectable.

      The root cause of the issue is that there is a extra double quote (") in the line NO.41 of the file <confluence-installation-directory>/confluence/pages/createpage-choosetemplate.vm :

      <tr#if ($velocityCount%2 == 0) class="rowAlternate" "#end>

      The workaround solution is to remove the extra double quote.
