      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      By default the outbound emails from confluence include the non-standard header Precedence.

      This is blocking me from using Amazon SES as my mail relay because it is not a supported header.

      Other Atlassian products like Jira and Bamboo have support to turn this header on and off (see BAM-889, JRA-10544)

      Please add support in Confluence to turn this header on and off as well
