Pages are exported in creation, not alphabetic order

      When pages are exported into PDF, the page are ordered by the creation date (or id?) and not according to the page tree or alphabetic order. Makes for a very confusing read when printed.

      CONF-1031 details this but I'm creating a new issue since the other report is kind of vague and contains a lot of other proposals.
