      We'd closed the previous one, so I thought I'd go "new".

      As discussed in the community meeting yesterday, I've noticed I am missing emails, and often quite a lot of them.

      A little vague pattern has cropped up - I got nothing from Sunday lunch until mid-morning on Monday over the last two weekends, but I didn't note exact times. (On times, these are all GMT)

      It is happening again now though, and I've been taking notes.

      • Last email from Community: 9:14 - Remove Content Formatting macro
      • Last thing on my activity feed was yesterday: Alexey Matveev posted an answer to "Why can't I have "Epic Name" field on Create Issue screen?"
      • The "Recent Activity" is showing new stuff flowing in fine
      • Still no emails as of midday

      As recent activity is ok, I'm not too worried about new stuff (it's slightly less convenient than my email), but we really need to be notified about responses to things we are watching, or we are just leaving people hanging with no follow-up.

            A week has passed since our vendor has called this issue resolved. We have received any recent reports from customers about remaining email delivery issues nor have we experienced them ourselves. This ticket is now closed as fixed. Please open a new ticket if you are experiencing email delivery issues. Thank you for your patience.

            Update from our vendor regarding the email delivery bugs:

            On Sunday evening, after analyzing many messages we found that there was issue with notifications not making it to the notification service. This issue was addressed Sunday night and reviewed Monday when we found everything was being sent 1:1 Community to Notifications Service. This should not be occurring any longer.

            One other odd pattern - the 3 emails between 12:20 and 12:30 were answers or comments made by the Atlassian Benito Picarelli, on items I was watching. Obviously, I have no idea if that was just timing, it just struck me that they had something in common.

            lists, thank you for sharing these details. To be clear, are they collection subscriptions? Meaning, ones you subscribe to by using the Watch menu on a page like https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/qa-p/jira-questions ?

            Or are they notifications for individual posts where you click the Watch button on a post like https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Delete-customer-comments-only/qaq-p/668306 ? Additionally, if you comment on a post and have Automatically watch anything I participate in checked in your settings, that is the same as clicking the Watch button on an individual post.

            Or are you missing notifications for both types of "Watching"? We are aware of the Collection subscription issue (see linked ticket) but if there are issues with individual posts, that is new and something we will certainly escalate with our vendor.             Update: All emails seem to be back again, commencing at 13:45. No email has arrived for updates or new items other than the 3 from the first update.

            Update: 3 emails arrived between 12:20 and 12:30, but there should have been 12 for new questions according to the "recent" feed.
