"View your answer" links in emails don't link directly to answers

Link goes to the page but does not go down to the anchor. Here is the link copied directly from the email. It does not take me down to my answer on the post - the addition of the arguments at the end of the URL prevent the anchor from working. Example:  https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Re-How-can-I-copy-clone-a-page-family/qaq-p/295885/comment-id/50069#M50069?utm_source=atlcomm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=kudos_answer&utm_content=post Modifying the URL and stripping the arguments off takes me to the correct location on the page (see Expected results for example of "stripped"/working link)
