Current Behavior:
When an enterprise user tier limit reaches 80%, an email notification is sent to organization admins. This check is performed every 24 hours, and the notification is resent at the same interval. The only available control is to disable these notifications entirely.
Suggested Improvements:
1) Configurable Notification Frequency:
Allow admins to adjust how often they receive user tier limit notifications. Instead of a fixed 24-hour interval, provide options to increase or decrease the frequency (e.g., every 6 hours, daily, weekly, or custom intervals). This flexibility helps organizations avoid notification fatigue or, conversely, ensures more timely awareness depending on their operational needs.
2) Customizable Thresholds:
Enable admins to set their own notification thresholds. Rather than being locked to the 80% default, organizations should be able to choose the percentage (e.g., 70%, 85%, 90%) that best fits their risk tolerance and user growth patterns. Additionally, support for setting thresholds as absolute user numbers (e.g., notify at 1800 users) would provide even greater control
