Issue Summary
Manage users screen erroring.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to "Billing" in the admin portal admin.atlassian.com
- From the list of products, select the one that you would like to generate the report for and click on "Manage"
- Once the app/product information is displayed, click on the "Quantity" column where the number of users is
Expected Results
A list of users using the app/product should be generated.
Actual Results
The error "Something went wrong" is displayed, and it seems that it is not redirecting to the intended URL.
