Current Behavior:
When a Billing contact receives an email informing them that a MarketPlace trial has ended, the email does not include the Atlassian site URL. Instead, it provides a generic Entitlement number.

Without the site URL, the billing contact can't easily identify which site or sandbox the app trial has expired. And since the trial expired, the admin can no longer view the entitlement or manage the App.

Current notification (Note: it does not include the site URL anywhere):

Expected behavior:
Add the Site URL to the expiration email (Similar to the email when you activate a Trial), so the billing contact can identify which site the expiration email pertains to.

Request:
Improve the expiration notification by adding the site URL.
