Calculate the total license count when admin opens the Enterprise User counts page

      User Problem 

      The user counts can lag by up to 24 hours. As an org admin of an Enterprise organisation, having the most up-to-date and accurate number is essential.

      Suggested Solutions 

      1. Org Admin: Open the User Counts page - https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<ORG_ID>/user-counts/
      2. Atlassian cloud: Calculate the total user count.
      3. Atlassian cloud: Shows the total user count in the USER COUNT field.

      Current Workarounds

      None. You have to wait sometimes.
