License exceed for the Plan message is not clear enough in the new user experience.
When a new user is added to a group with product access to multiple sites, the error message generated does not specify the site where the license check has failed. This can lead to confusion for the user when attempting to verify the license count.
Here is the message that is shown when license is exhausted:
