Possibility to reactivate/reinstall add-ons after payment on Cloud Site

      Hey Team,

      We have such cases that when the payment is missing on a Cloud site, the add-ons got uninstalled automatically.

      It would be great that, when such cases happen, for these apps to not be uninstalled but suspended and, after the payment, it gets automatically reactivated on the site again.

      Currently, when this happens on a Cloud site, the app gets uninstalled and, after the payment is done, these apps needs to be manually reinstalled again.
