Problem :

Uninstall button is missing on the add-on

Cause :

When the app is installed in a site with the paid subscription and then the subscription is changed to free will result in this conflict.

Because the add-on is meant to be paid, being free the uninstallation button is unavailable because the universal plugin manager still sees the add-on with an active subscription when it is not supposed to have one.

Workaround :

• Go to admin.atlassian.com
• Go to the billing on the overhead menu and click on manage subscription under your Jira application
• Look for the addon and select "delete" action.
• Confirm your deletion to unsubscribe from the add-on.
• Once done, navigate to your Manage apps section to see the uninstallation button.
