Issue Summary

Product/Billing page shows an inaccurate number of licensed users. The number you see when you open the Directory > Users with a filter shows different number.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/o/ORG_ID/billing-preview OR https://admin.atlassian.com/o/ORG_ID/products

Expected Results

You see the same user account as the number in https://admin.atlassian.com/o/ORG_ID/users with the following filters:

• STATUS - Active
• USER ACCESS TO - Product you want to check the number of licensed users

Actual Results

The number you see on the Billing or Products page is different to the number see on Directory > Users page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
