Self service when adding Enterprise product to an existing site

      Issue Summary

      Self service for additional Enterprise product is not possible for existing sites

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Enterprise cloud admin hub
      2. Navigate to Products
      3. Click on Add Products and add a new Jira Enterprise site. The new site will be provisioned with Enterprise license.
      4. Navigate back to Products and add another product.
      5. Choose Confluence and choose Add to an existing site
      6. Choose the Jira Enterprise site that was added earlier

      Actual Results

      The admin is prompted to enable the free/premium version of the additional product.

      Suggestion

      Allow self service when adding Enterprise product to an existing site

      Workaround

      Enable the free/premium version of the additional product on the site. Please send an email to sales-ops-support@atlassian.com to enable the Enterprise license on the additional product.
