      Issue Summary

      Customer are unable to purchase DC apps.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to the Marketplace
      2. Go to any listing
      3. Change the deployment type to “Data Center”. Select any random DC app.
      4. Click the “Buy it now” link under the “Try it free” button
      5. HTTP ERROR 431

      Expected Results

      Clicking on Buy it now should redirect them https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/addon/<appkey>

      Actual Results

      The API is responding with 431 error.

      Workaround

      1. Try again after clearing the cache.
      2. Use incognito browser.
