Issue Summary
When trying to add Bitbucket Cloud to an Organization that does not have an active Access subscription using the Application Switcher, it results in an error.
Note: The error occurs when a site is in CCP, but the product being purchased is not on CCP yet.
Appears to be same issue as previously seen with Statuspage https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11531
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new cloud instance on the Free plan
- Navigate to Adminhub https://admin.atlassian.com(site without Atlassian Access subscription)
- Click App Switcher icon (top left corner)
- Select "More Atlassian Products" at the bottom of the list to open up the Discover page
- Scroll down and Click "Try now" on Bitbucket Cloud section
- You'll be asked which site you want to link Bitbucket Cloud to. Select the site and click on Continue
- An error is shown "We can't fulfil your request right now"
Expected Results
A Bitbucket cloud workspace would be created
Actual Results
The below error message is shown :
We can't fulfill your request right now. This product is temporarily unavailable for your site.
Workaround
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the following URL: admin.atlassian.com
- Log-in to your Atlassian Administration account.
- Select the Products tab on the top navigation bar.
- Select the Add product button.
- Select Bitbucket from the list of products.
- Name your workspace. Workspace ID is auto-created in accordance with your workspace name.
- Select the Agree and add button to create your workspace in Atlassian Administration and agree to the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
