Billing page is not accessible for the Org admins

Exclamation mark symbol and Failed to load products Try again later appears

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access admin.atlassian.com
2. Select the Organisation
3. Select Billing

Expected Results

Admins should be presented with the Billing preview

Actual Results

The page fails to load products in the Billing Preview

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
