Description

At the moment, if an enterprise license for a specific product is distributed across two sites which are in different organizations then the user count does not show up correctly.

This can be replicated by going to Products > User Counts

Lets say that 3500 Jira enterprise licenses are purchased for the two sites abc.atlassian.com and def.atlassian.com. The license distribution is 3000 for abc.atlassian.com and 500 for def.atlassian.com.  Out of these there are 2700 Jira enterprise license consumed in the organization with the site abc.atlassian.com and 200 Jira enterprise license consumed in the organization with the site def.atlassian.com.

When we go to Products > User Counts for the organization with the site abc.atlassian.com, it will show 2700/3500, instead of 2900/3500.

Suggestion

Improve the view so that it shows the total licenses consumed instead of the licenses consumed for a specific organization.
