Description
Organizations regularly risk a scenario where the site can get deactivated due to non payment. This can happen in multiple scenarios.
- Atlassian has sent reminder mail to the admins and the user is not available in the team.
- The invoices may have been lost in spam filters.
If the site is activated after the grace period there is a risk of data loss also. So it is necessary that the admins are aware of the site deactivation date.
Suggested Resolution
Provide a message in the site 1-2 weeks before the deactivation date. Also provide an option to disable this if it is intrusive for the user.
