Incorrect user count on billing page for Jira software

      Issue Summary

      While checking the billing count for the users it shows an incorrect user count for the Jira software.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Atlassian Admin hub (https://admin.atlassian.com)
      2. Navigate to the Billing tab in the Admin hub
      3. Check the user count for Jira software users

      Expected Results

      The number of users assigned to the Jira software and the number of users showing in the billing tab for the product should be the same.

      E.g. 10 users are assigned to the Jira software and should be the same count in the billing tab.

      Actual Results

      No errors or logs found yet while checking the issue.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
