      Issue Summary

      Occasional “Having trouble loading subscription details. We can’t retrieve your page info right now. Try again or contact support if the problem persists” errors when opening an app’s subscription details page in the billing console. Example URL:

      Note: The issue is observed in the new billing console.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in to admin.atlassian.com as an organization admin.
      2. Click on Billing on the left side of the page to open the billing preview (https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<orgId>/billing-preview).
      3. Click Manage for any core Atlassian app subscription (for example, Jira, Confluence, etc).

      Expected Results

      The app's subscription details page opens correctly and displays all information.

      Actual Results

      We receive an error message: “Having trouble loading subscription details. We can’t retrieve your page info right now. Try again or contact support if the problem persists”. This error happens intermittently and doesn’t always appear when opening the page.

      Workaround

      Reload the page; the error should go away after refreshing it a couple of times.
