The original feature for this read:

A Clover Dashboard screen -

• make some smart suggestions what to test next. "If you wrote a test for class XXXX, your overall coverage would increase by YY %"
• Display a portlet for each major Clover feature - test coverage, clouds, treemap, test results, most complex classes/packages etc...
• Make it better than the HTML version
• Intelligent feedback on poorly tested code/areas that need more testing (splatter tests, over tested code)

Another approach is to simply render the HTML dashboard as it stands now, and display it using an eclipse browser panel.
This would be the same as how the current Tag Clouds are rendered and displayed.
