A customer would like to export clover builds from eclipse and distribute those for testing.

1. The first and most basic step would be to ensure we export a Cloverized version of his Eclipse plugin and place the Clover runtime jar contents
2. Second step would be to manage how/where coverage is stored.
3. Third would be to provide an Eclipse interface to re-import this external coverage data.
